Tummy Troubles

Does anyone know what to do with a lingering stomach cramp for 5 days?
Besides the doctors, stomach medicine, constant warmies, early sleeping, soft rice, no salt, bananas, ginger tea, pain medication, Vitamin C, LOTS of water, and Lamaze breathing exercises.

No, I'm not pregnant.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Especially with Philippines three days away.

You said nothing about not being on "that time of the month". Perhaps that's it?? J/k, you know yourself well enough.

Do you happen to go running after drinking LOTS of water?? If so, that would do it. I suggest you cease to do one of those.

A three year honeymoon in Japan??? (I just read the orange-colored box on your main page). So after three years you're coming back to the States?? orrrrr.... going elsewhere? This is quite interesting. What's your plaaan???

Three days away for the Philippenes??? Wow, everything comes in THREES!!

Jeez, the doctors didn't say anything useful about the stomach cramps? Jeez.

Applying pressure where it hurts, and laying down on the stomach are the most excitingly useful things I can think of. Along with good tea (not ginger because THAT didn't work!). You know, I'm serious when I say that a good steak would probably help me in this situation. Maybe you should give it a go! Or some sashimi: I would call that good too.

...you know I don't run.

And now that I'm better, I'll consider your steak/ sashimi plan.

5 days was WAY too long.
